Leveraging her bachelor’s degree in the Communication Arts from Bethel College, Charlotte understands and articulates both buyer’s and seller’s needs with peak precision and attention to detail. Charlotte counts among her greatest blessings, her two sons, which she and her husband of nearly 35 years raised together in the greater Wichita/Newton Area.
